A 60 minute Distance Reiki & Guided Meditation session over Zoom. Web Conferencing details will be emailed after booking. We take about 10-15 minutes to discuss any intentions that you have for your session, spend about 15 minutes doing a guided meditation to get you in the right frame of mind,15 minutes doing Reiki, and then we have some time to debrief and discuss anything that came up during the session. The best part, you just get to close your eyes for 30 minutes and relax!
